摘　　要： 为适应现代职业教育特点和计算机网络技术的发展,结合多年的实践经验,对网络设备与技术课程实训教学的改革,从实训环境的构建、教材与教学内容设计、教学的组织与管理三方面进行了系统的阐述和有益探索,这对职业院校特色化实训教学、增强毕业生行业适应性有一定的借鉴作用。 in order to adapt the development of computer network technology and characteristic of modern vocational education,the paper discusses experiment training innovation of network device and technology course,based on several years teaching experience.The paper systemly expatiates and valuably explores the following three aspects-construction of experiment training environmental,content designation of teaching and teaching material,organization and management of teaching,all of these can be use for reference to characterizing of experiment training in vocational academy and boost up vocation adaptability of graduates.
