摘　　要： 常德市地理条件优越、历史悠久,体育休闲旅游资源丰富,市政府重视,发展机遇很多。但需要强化品牌意识,充分利用西部开发、加入WTO、北京奥运等机遇,将常德市体育休闲旅游做成一个产业,使其成为常德市的经济新增长点。 In Changde city,having superior geography conditions,It＇s history is long and has abundant athletics recreation tour resources,it is valued by the City hall and has a lot of developpment opportunities.But needed to enhance brand consciousness,making well use of the opportunities of development in the west,of joining WTO and of Beijing the Olympics...etc.,This will PromoteThe athletics recreation tour of Changde city into an industry,it will become a economy adding point for Changde＇s.
