摘 要: 通过为期28d的养殖试验,研究了不同脂肪源(猪油、豆油和鱼油)和不同鱼油水平(2%、4%、6%和8%鱼油)对中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)幼蟹生长和脂肪酸合成酶(FAS)活性的影响。结果表明:(1)不同脂肪源比较,猪油组与豆油组获得较大增重率,显著高于脱脂组和6%鱼油组;不同鱼油水平比较,4%鱼油组显著高于其他3组。(2)不同脂肪源和不同鱼油水平对幼蟹肝胰腺和肌肉中FAS活性的影响有显著差异。不同脂肪源比较,6%鱼油组显著低于脱脂组、猪油组和豆油组,猪油组显著高于脱脂组,猪油组和豆油组差异不显著。不同鱼油水平比较,2%鱼油组和4%鱼油组显著高于6%鱼油组和8%鱼油组。 The effect of different lipid(lard,bean oil and fish oil) and different dietary fish oil levels(2%,4%,6% and 8% fish oil) on the growth and fatty acid synthetase(FAS)activity of Chinese mitten crab(Eriocheir sinensis) was studied.The trial lasted for 28 days.The results showed that:(1)The weight gain ratio was significantly higher in the lard and the bean oil group than the fat free and 6% fish oil group(P<0.05).Compared with different dietary fish oil levels,the 4% fish oil group showed higher weight gain than the rest(P<0.05).(2)The effect of different oil and different fish oil level for juvenile stage of Chinese mitten crab on the FAS activity in hepatopancreas and muscle is significant(P<0.05).Compared with different oils the FAS activity of 6% fish oil group was significantly lower than the fat free,the lard and the bean oil groups(P<0.05);the lard group was significantly higher than fat free group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the lard group and the bean oil group(P>0.05).Compared with different fish oils the 2% fish oil group and the 4% fish oil group showed higher than the 6% fish oil group and the 8% fish oil group(P<0.05).
