摘 要: 广交会对广州酒店业生存与发展起着举足轻重的作用,但近年来广州酒店业交易会期间的出租率却不尽如人意。文章以5家五星级酒店为对象,对其广交会前后三种预订渠道(酒店自办网站、第三方网站、电话预订)下的预订价格的差异化进行调查分析,发现城市举办会展期间,地理位置仍是影响酒店预订价格的主要因素之一,但随着新技术的发展,网络搜索营销的友好性与便捷性已成为影响酒店预订价格的因素之一,且酒店自办网站与第三方网站预订价格的差异化是双方博弈的结果。 Canton Fair plays an important role in the survival and development of hotels in Guangzhou,but the hotels' occupancy rates during Canton Fair have not been satisfactory recently.This paper,taking five fiv-star hotels as subjects,analyzed the variation of hotel booking prices through three kinds of reservation channels(hotel owned website,intermediary website and telephone reservation) before and during Canton Fair.It is found that location has always been one of the primary factors affecting hotel booking prices while the friendliness and accessibility of web search marketing another major variable.Moreover,what determines the result of the game is the variation of booking prices between hotel owned website and intermediary website.
