摘　　要： 以瓮福磷化工产业集团为案例进行实证分析发现,在全球价值链和技术链下,我国资源型企业在引进国外成熟技术建立起产业链的基础上,通过在产业活动过程中使用、学习和消化引进技术,形成产业的技术链.随着产业发展对技术的进一步需求,企业掌握和模仿引进技术,创新出本土化的技术,推动产业链不断升级.在全球经济一体化的条件下,我国资源型产业链升级必须以产业技术链的升级和延伸为支撑,提高企业的生产能力和竞争力,在全球价值链中顺着价值阶梯逐步提升. It makes an empirical analysis on the case of Wengfu Phosphorus Chemical Industry Corporation,and discovers that under global value chain（GVC） and global technology chain（GTC）,Chinese resource enterprises introduce foreign mature technologies and establish industry chains.Then,through using,studing and digesting these technologies during industry activities,these enterprises form technology chain of the industry.Along with the more technological demands during industry development,these enterprises master and imitate the introduced technologies,and further innovate indigenous technologies,which promote the industry chains to upgrade continually.Under the integration of global economy,Chinese resource industries must enhance productive capability and competitiveness based on the escalation and extension of industrial technology chain,and upgrade their positions along with GVC.
