摘 要: 岭回归分光光度法(LHG)是近年来发展起来的计算分光光度法之一,本文将该法应用于五组分体系——对乙酰氨基酚、对氨基酚、对硝基酚、对乙酰氨基酚乙酸酯、对硝基酚乙酸酯的分析研究,文中详细介绍了介质的选取,混合标准溶液组数的确定。实验结果表明,在0.1mol·L-1盐酸介质中,该法对样品中各组分的平均回收率在95.5%~106.1%之间,相对标准偏差在0.8%~9.8%之间。本法具有操作简便又能与计算机联机等特点,已用于合成扑热息痛过程中样品的测定,结果满意。 Ridge regression spectrophotometry (LHG) is one of the computational spectrophotometry developed recently.It is used in this paper to the analysis of five components acetaminophen、 p aminophenol、 p nitrophenol、 p acetaminophenol acetic acid ester and p nitrophenol acetic acid ester.The choose of medium and the determination of the amount of mixed standard solution were described in detail.The experimental results show that in the medium of 0 1 mol·L -1 HCl,the recovery ratio of each component ranges from 95 5% to 106 1% and the RSD ranges from 0 8% to 9 8%.This approach is simple and suitable for the computer aid analysis.The approach has been used to the analysis of the sample in the course of synthetic acetaminophen.
