摘　　要： 瑞安农协(瑞安农村合作协会,以下简称瑞安农协)的"三位一体"治理模式是中国新农村建设中的一次破冰尝试。农协两年的可喜成果让人们看到其现实可行性,同时,"三位一体"治理模式要得以巩固和发展所遭遇的困境也随之凸现。研究瑞安农协治理模式的发展将要面临的巨大挑战,以及在瑞安这个具有特定政治、经济、文化特征的地域内所产生的"三位一体"治理模式在中国广大农村推广的可能性问题,有助于政府和农协在新农村建设中的自我定位。 The ＂three in an organic whole＂ governance model in Rui＇an Rural Association（Rui＇an Rural Cooperation Association） is an icebreaking attempt for constructing Chinese new rural communities.The remarkable progress in the last two years makes peoples see the feasibility,meanwhile,some embarrassments have also occurred during the process of consolidating and developing the ＂three in an organic whole＂ governance model.A study on the challenges that the development of the Rui＇an model will be likely faced with,and the feasible promotion of the model to other parts of rural China will be helpful to governments and rural associations in their self-positioning in constructing new rural communities.
