摘　　要： 21世纪是海洋的世纪,海洋社会的健康稳定发展关系到国家的长治久安,更是我国成为海洋强国的关键。在开发利用海洋这一热潮下,高度重视海洋社会问题,发现海洋社会问题、海洋社会冲突,认真研究对待,对其进行控制和解决,才能更好的发展海洋经济构建和谐社会。 The 21st century is the marine century,marine social＇ healthy and stable development is related with the country＇s long-term stability and a key to a powerful maritime country.In the development and use of marine craze,the marine social problems should be paid more attention to,marine social problems and marine social conflict are to be found and seriously treated and controlled so that marine economy can be developed better;meanwhile,it is an indispensable means of building a harmonious society.
