摘 要: 合成了一种新型的粘弹性两性表面活性剂作为稠化剂,在酸液中稠化增粘,并制备了酸性清洁压裂液。对酸性清洁压裂液的流变、抗温、携砂、破胶、滤失等基本性能进行室内评价,结果表明酸性清洁压裂液具有良好的抗温抗剪切、携砂、破胶返排、降低滤失、低伤害等性能,将加砂压裂和酸化压裂有机的结合,在压裂过程中还能对储层进行酸处理,提高压裂的效率,改善压裂效果。 An acid clean fracturing fluid was obtained by using a novel visco-elastic surfactant as acid thickener.It was thickened and viscosified in acid and an acidic fracturing fluid was prepared.The properties of acid clean fracturing fluid system such as rheological property,temperature endurance,sand-carrying capability,breaking property,filtration property and other basic properties were evaluated.The evaluation result indicates that the acid clean fracturing fluid system has good performance,such as good thermal stability,anti-shearing at low temperature,high sand-carrying capacity,good breaking property,low friction,and little damage to formation.The fracturing process using the acid clean fracturing fluid is an acidizing process and simultaneously is a new fracturing combined acidification technology,so the effect of acid clean fracturing fluid system is improved.
