摘　　要： 供需有效协作是供应链竞争的关键,QR和ECR策略的实践起初效果良好,却在后续发展中因利益分配问题陷入困局。而社会资本能以其独特功效促进供需双方的利益共生与合理分配,从而补充优化供应链协作绩效。 The effective supply-demand collaboration is the key factor for competition based on supply chian,the practise of＂quick response＂and＂efficient comsumer response＂brought positive effect,however,it came to plight during the subsequent development because of the benefit distribution.Social capital can promote the mutual benefit and reasonable distribution with its special function,and then optimize the operation performance as a complementary measure.
