超甜玉米膳食纤维含量的遗传特性与配合力分析

摘  要: 以8个超甜玉米自交系为亲本,按照Griffing完全双列杂交方法Ⅱ配制组合,分析了超甜玉米可溶性膳食纤维和不溶性膳食纤维的配合力效应.结果表明:1)可溶性膳食纤维和不溶性膳食纤维的遗传受加性基因和非加性基因的共同控制;2)不同自交系之间,一般配合力有显著的差异,不同组合间的特殊配合力也存在显著差异;集一般配合力和特殊配合力之和的总配合力效应,可以较好地反映各个杂交组合的优势强弱;3)参试材料和组合的一般配合力、特殊配合力及其变异幅度均存在显著差异,集一般配合力和特殊配合力之和的总配合力效应,更能较好的反映各个杂交组合的强弱优势;4)可溶性膳食纤维总配合力效应值以组合T14×T3为最高,其次是组合T14×T7,T3×T7,T14×T4和T3×T8;不溶性膳食纤维总配合力效应值以组合T14×T7为最高,其次是组合T14×T1,T8×T33,T1×T5,T3×T1和T14×T3. According to complete diallel crossing Griffing MethodⅡ,a set of combinations involving eight inbred lines was made to study the effect of combining ability of soluble and insoluble dietary fiber content in super-sweet corn.The results indicated that:1) the inheritance of soluble and insoluble dietary fiber trait were mainly controlled by additive genes,and also affected by non-additive genes;2) the difference of general combining ability effect among parents and special combining ability effect among combination and its variation range was high; the effect of total combining ability involving general combining ability and special combining ability proved the heterosis of hybridized combination to be better;3) the difference between general combining ability among inbred lines,and special combining ability among combinations was obvious.The effect of total combining ability involving general combining ability and special combining ability proved the heterosis of hybridized combination to be better; (4)the highest effect value of total combining ability of soluble dietary fiber was T14×T3,T14×T7,T3×T7,T14×T4,T3×T8 ranked 2 to 4 respectively.the highest effect value of total combining ability of insoluble dietary fiber was T14×T7,T14×T1,T8×T33,T1×T5,T3×T1,T14×T3 ranked 2 to 5 respectively.
