摘　　要： 网络组织成员间合作关系的顺利开展依赖于软环境资源的有效利用,而这些软环境资源要素在发挥重要作用的同时,自身也存在着诸多的资源性损耗,从而也可能导致网络组织合作成员间内耗的产生。在研究相关文献的基础上,将网络组织中的软环境资源分类为外生性软环境资源和内生性软环境资源,系统地分析网络组织中软环境资源性的内耗现象。 The cooperative relations among the network organizations can be carried out smoothly,based on the efficacious use of the soft-environment resources.Those resources play an important role,but wastage exists at the same time,leading to internal friction among the members.Based on researching the previous literature,the soft-environment resources are classified as the endogenous resources and the exogenous resources.The paper analyzes systematically the internal friction of the soft-environment resources in the network organizations.
