摘 要: 采用HPLC法测定混配剂中的苯噻酰草胺、苄嘧磺降、乙草胺的含量,使用C18不锈钢柱(5μm,250mm×4.6mm),以甲醇+水(体积比70:30)为流动相,榆测波长230mm。结果表明:该方法测得苯噻酰草胺、苄嘧磺隆、乙草胺标准偏差分别为0.2688、0.0642和0.0594,变异系数分别为0.79%、1.77%和1.97%,线性相关系数分别为0.9996、O.9998和0.9993,回收率在98.37%~102.30%之间。此方法简便,结果准确,重现性好。 In order to determining the contents of mefenacet, bensulfuron-methyl and aeetochlor in the mixed herbicide, a HPLC method was used in this paper, which use C18 column (5 μm, 250 mm ×4.6 mm) as the chromatographic column, methanol+water (70:30) as the mobile phase, and the UV detection with 230 nm of wavelength. The results showed that the standard deviation of mefenaeet, bensulfuron-methyl and acetochlor was 0.268 8, 0.064 2 and 0.059 4, respectively; the coefficient of variation was 0.79%, 1.77% and 1.97%, respectively; the linear relative correlation was 0.999 6, 0.999 8 and 0.999 3, respectively; the recovery rate was between 98.37% and 102.30%. This method is simple and accurate, and the result is stable.
