摘　　要： 论述了廉政文化的内涵与特征,探讨了高校廉政文化建设管理的现实意义。在此基础上,提出了加强高校廉政文化建设管理的对策建议,包括:准确把握基本内涵,切实开展廉政文化教育;充分发挥宣传优势,大力弘扬廉政文化;大力贴近社会现实,增强廉政教育实效;切实加强组织领导,建立完善长效机制。 The paper analyzed the connotation and characteristics of the independent culture,and discussed the practical significance of the independent culture management and construction in Colleges and Universities.It elaborated countermeasure and proposals to Strengthen the independent culture construction in Colleges and Universities,including： Accurately grasp the basic meaning,the practical implementation of the Independent Commission Against Education;give full play to promote it vigorously carry forward the clean culture;power close to social reality,and enhance effectiveness of anti-corruption education;strengthen organization and leadership,establish a sound long-term mechanism.
