摘　　要： 公有知识数据库的公共获取是信息资源传播、交流和获取的重要方式之一,是科学研究和创新的重要保障。通过分析目前公有知识数据库公共获取方面存在的障碍,提出适宜我国公有知识数据库的公共获取策略。 Public access to knowledge commons database is one of the important ways for the dissemination, communication and access of information resources, and also an important guarantee for scientific research and innovation. The paper analyzes the obstacles on the public access to the current database, and puts forward the public access strategy for the knowledge commons database in China.
