摘 要: 离子通道的开闭反映了蛋白质构象的变化,而这种开闭现象是以电流的有无来观察的,膜片钳实验的数据就是对一段时间电流的有无以及持续时间的多少的记录,因此,对这些实验数据进行统计分析可以对蛋白质结构的变化有一个定量的了解〔1〕。本文对所建立的二状态非齐次Markov模型〔2〕采用迭代法进行了参数估计,并将其与二状态齐次Markov模型进行了比较。 Openings and closings of Channel reflect the dynamics of protein conformations,which is observed through existing of electric current.Datas from patch clamp is recordings about the existing of electric current and the durations of the open and closed intervals,therefore,analysing them can give insight into the gating mechanism In this paper,we provided a new model called two states Non-homogeneous Markov,and evaluated the parameters We Campared the new model and homogeneous Markov model,the result shows that Non-homogeneous is better.
