摘　　要： 粮食集中干燥控制是解决粮食干燥过程控制困难的前沿技术。系统综合了计算机和PLC的各自特点,融合了组态监控软件技术,集过程解析、专家咨询和远程控制于一体,具有数字化、可视化、操作便捷、响应速度快、处理能力强、抗干扰性强、可靠性和稳定性好的特点。控制系统的成功运用,提高了粮食干燥的生产效率和粮食品质,降低了能耗和干燥成本,为我国粮食安全提供了重要的技术保障。 Grain concentrate drying control was the forefront of technology of the grain drying process control.The control system combined the respective characteristics of the computer and PLC,and integrated the configuration software technology,set process analysis,expert advice and RMON in one,and has some characters,such as digital,visual,easy operation,fast response,processing ability,and strong anti-interference,reliability,and stability.Successful implementation of the adaptive control system in grain drying,increasing the quality and production efficiency,reducing energy consumption and drying costs in grain drying.It provided an important technology for our county＇s food security.
