摘 要: 采用固相法合成尖晶石型CoAl2O4和硅锌矿型(Co,Zn)2SiO4钴蓝色料,比较了它们的呈色及耐酸性。引入SiO2和MgO对Co2O3-Al2O3系统进行改性,并以细磨CoAl2O4为晶核,考察其对颜料呈色及耐酸性的影响,研制出呈色鲜艳、色饱和度较高、耐酸性良好的釉上钴蓝颜料。结果表明,尖晶石结构比硅锌矿结构耐酸性强,细磨CoAl2O4晶核的引入能提高尖晶石型钴蓝色料的呈色效果和耐酸性。XRD分析表明,最佳配方色料的主晶相为CoAl2O4,但有SiO2残留。 Cobalt blue pigments of CoAl2O4 spinel and(Co,Zn)2SiO4 willemite were synthesized by solid-state reactions and comparisons of coloration and acid resistance of the as-obtained samples were carried out.SiO2 and MgO were used to modify the Co2O3-Al2O3 system.Subsequently,influence of finely ground CoAl2O4 powder used as a nucleating agent on the performance of coloration and acid resistance was investigated.Ceramic over-glaze cobalt blue pigments with rich-brilliant coloration,good color saturation and excellent acid resistance were successfully prepared.The results indicated that spinel type structure have higher acid resistance than willemite structure.Finely ground CoAl2O4 nucleus could improve acid resistance and coloring efficiency of the pigments.XRD analysis showed that CoAl2O4 was the main crystalline phase of the sample of optimum foumulation and SiO2 were also identified as a residual phase.
