摘 要: 大学英语教学是教师,教材作者和学生共同参与的过程。就英语教学行为本身而言,大学英语教学的主体是教师,而作者和学生都是教师教学活动的对象。该过程充分彰显了教师的主体性,即教师在尊重教材及其作者的前提下,为实现其教学目的而在教学活动中表现出来的主观能动性——竞赛。教师在教学活动中不仅与作者竞赛,与同行竞赛,还与自己竞赛。不同类型的竞赛是为了能更好地履行教师的职责。 The college English teaching is a process of participation by teachers,authors and students.In terms of the action of English teaching itself,the teacher is the subject of it,and the author and the student are objects of his teaching activity.In the process,the teacher highlights his subjectivity to achieve his teaching purpose on the premise of respecting the teaching materials and their authors.The teacher's subjectivity includes the competition with not only the author,his peers,but also himself,just in order to better perform his duties.
