摘　　要： 以互联网为核心的新技术革命,正以惊人的速度改变着人们的生活、学习、工作与思维方式。高校辅导员应顺应时代发展的潮流,提高认识、转变观念,灵活运用基于互联网的信息与交流技术不断提升思想教育、服务与管理能力,拓宽思想教育、服务与管理的空间和渠道,不断增强高校辅导员工作的时效性、针对性、互动性、辐射力和效率。 The newtechnological revolution of Internet has changed people＇s way of living and working,learning and thinking dramatically.Higher education political instructors should keep up with the development of the society,improve their information awareness,change their concepts and make good use of the Internet and Information Communication Technologies in order to enhance moral ideological education,service management abilities,and thereby strengthen the moral ideological education,service management abilities,and the effectiveness,relevance,interactivity and radioactivity of the instructors＇ work.
