摘　　要： 以广东省为个案,通过文献分析和统计数据的比较研究发现,广东省城乡在学前教育入学机会以及过程机会上存在巨大差异,农村幼儿的机会远远少于城市。具体表现在城乡入园率、幼儿园分布、办园物质条件及师资条件等指标上的显著差异。为此,提出加快城乡经济文化一体化、消解城乡二元结构,划分政府学前教育责任、对农村学前教育适度倾斜,坚持城乡学前教育共同发展、改革等级评估制度等政策建议。 Taking Guangdong province as a case study and analyzing literature and data,the research reveals the great differences in both entrance opportunity and process opportunity between urban and rural areas in Guangdong province.Children＇s opportunity in the country is far less than children in the city,which is represented in the prominent differences in the kindergarten entrance ratio,kindergarten distribution,condition and teacher resources,etc.Hence,some policies and suggestions are put forward： accelerating the integrated development of economic and culture in urban and rural areas;neutralizing the dual structure;dividing the government＇s responsibility for preschool education;inclining to rural preschool education moderately;co-developing preschool education in urban and rural areas and reforming the system of grade evaluation.
