摘 要: 为防止滑板平行裂纹的形成,在传统结构的基础上,对其形状进行了改善。首先,通过对结构和边界条件的简化,建立了3种滑板的二维平面应力有限元模型;然后采用有限单元法对它们的热应力进行了对比分析。结果表明,新型滑板可更好地抵抗第2类及第3类裂纹的形成,而且其预加应力易于实现。 For preventing the formation of parallel cracks in slide gate valve plate (SV),its shape was improved based on traditional structure. Firstly,two-dimension plane stress finite element models of three type SV were built by simplifying their structure and boundary conditions,then a contrastive analysis of their thermal stress was carried out. The results show that the new SV can prevent the formation of the second and the third kind cracks better,and the prestress can be imposed easily.
