摘 要: 传统压电泵不能胜任医疗、卫生、保健等领域输送任务,主要是因为有阀泵阀体开闭的两次撞击效应致使活体细胞死亡率上升及无阀泵的非阀类单向流动部件产生的湍流与涡旋致使长链高分子发生缠绕失效。为了能够同时实现减小阀体开闭撞击效应及增大输出流量和压力,提出一种利用内外不等锥度的软质锥壳形单阀体结构的新型被动阀压电泵。提出内外不等锥度的软质锥壳形单阀体压电泵的结构实施方案;对内外不等锥度的软质锥壳形阀体进行对阀体表面挠度随着压力变化而发生变化的理论分析;对内外不等锥度的软质锥壳形单阀体压电泵进行试验验证。试验表明:在150 V峰值电压,475 Hz频率下驱动时,内外不等锥度的软质锥壳形单阀体压电泵的进出口压差可达到170 mm。并实际测得压差随电压的变化曲线,在一定范围内,压差随电压的升高而升高。 Mainly for two factors,traditional piezoelectric pump is not qualified for the delivering tasks in fields such as medical treatment,sanitation and health care.The one is that the two impacts occurring at valve opening and closing increase the death rate of living cells.The other,the turbulence and vortex generated by the non-valve type single-flow components in the valveless pump cause the the long chained high polymer to intertwine and fail.In order to reduce the effect of impacts and enhance the output flow and pressure,a novel passive valve piezoelectric pump is proposed,in which the soft texture and conning shaped single valve is used.Firstly,the structure implementation plan of the special valve is put forward;then the theoretical analysis on the deflection varying with the pressure on the surface of the valve is conducted;and finally,experiments for verifying the novel pump are carried out,which shows that under the conditions of 150 volts of voltage(peak to ground) and 475 Hz of driving frequency,the soft texture and conning shaped single valve piezoelectric pump with different interior and exterior slope produces as much as 170 mm head pressure.What is more,from the experiment we obtain the curves indicating the relationship between the driving voltage and the head pressure,and the conclusion can be drawn that within a certain range the head pressure rises along with the rising of the driving voltage.
