摘　　要： 以鄂莲系列莲藕为材料,对13个品种的莲藕的儿茶素含量分布进行了研究。结果表明,儿茶素含量在同一株莲藕中,不同部位的含量不一样,荷叶中儿茶素的含量明显高于其他部位,儿茶素平均含量排序为荷叶>地下茎>荷梗;不同品种莲藕的儿茶素含量差异明显,叶子的大小不同儿茶素含量差异显著,荷梗的大小不同儿茶素含量差异不显著;对一支地下茎来说,藕节中儿茶素的含量明显高于其他部位,不同部位的儿茶素平均含量分布依次为藕节>藕尾>藕头>藕中。 In this paper,the distribution of catechin in 13 different lotus cultivars was studied.The results indicated that the distribution of catechin in lotus was uneven in different tissues.The content of catechin in lotus leaf are obviously higher than that of other tissues.The content degree of catehin in lotus tissues was lotus leaf lotus root lotus stem.Moreover,there were significant difference among different cultivars in catechin content as well as in different sizes of lotus leaf.However,there was no significant difference in lotus stem of catechin content.For the lotus rhizome,the content of catechin in the lotus rhizome node was higher than that of the other parts of the root.The content of catechin in lotus rhizome was lotus rhizome node tail part of lotus rhizome head part of lotus rhizome middle part of lotus rhizome.
