摘　　要： 土壤微生物作为土壤中活的有机体系,是衡量土壤质量的重要指标之一,可以表征土壤质量演变趋势,不同耕作措施对土壤微生物的影响引起了国内外学者的广泛关注。通过综述不同种植制度(连作、轮作和间作)、施肥制度(有机肥和无机肥配施、单施有机肥和单施化肥)、保护性耕作制度(秸秆还田和免耕)对土壤微生物数量、生物量和群落结构的影响,以期为农业的可持续发展提供一定的参考依据。 Soil microorganism,as living organic system in the soil,is one of vital indexes in testing soil quality and can be used to indicate the evolution trend of soil quality.Effect of different tillage measures on soil microorganism has been widely noticed by scientists at home and abroad.This paper reviews effect of different cropping systems（continuous cropping,rotation and intercropping）,fertilization systems（combination of chemical and organic fertilizer,applying organic fertilizer only and applying chemical fertilizer only）,conservation tillage（no tillage and straw mulching） on number,biomass and community structure of soil microorganism in order to supply some references for the sustainable development of agriculture.
