摘　　要： 本文针对SECI模型的不足,借鉴博依索特提出的"信息空间"模型全面深刻地分析了知识的流动过程,并着重探讨了知识流动的本质特征以及知识在流动过程中的创造和转化。 The paper has systematically analyzed the course of knowledge flow used ＂Information Space＂ model which is put forward by Boisot in allusion to the deficiency of SECI model.Furthermore,we have discussed the nature of knowledge flow and knowledge＇s creation and transformation during the course of knowledge flow.
