摘　　要： 在介绍英美两国公共资助研究实行公共获取的政策和经验的基础上,分析我国资助研究公共获取的现状,从中找出国内外此研究相关政策和实践的差距,提出相关的思考和建议。 By introducing the policies and experiences of public access to publicly funded research in Britain and the United States, the authors analyze the current conditions of that in our country, find the gap in policies and practices of public access at home and abroad, and propose some suggestions.
