摘 要: 从一次调频所处的地位和承担的任务来看,要求一次调频有较快的响应速度。从发电机组调频原理和调频作用出发,分析了机组调频的必要性,提出了系统提高一次调频响应速度的控制策略。广东电网火电机组的一次调频整改实际应用结果表明:该控制策略提高了机组一次调频质量,取得了较好的效果。对其他同类机组一次调频改进和提高具有积极的借鉴意义。 Fast response speed is required for the primary frequency regulation based on its role and functions. The necessity was analyzed on the base of principle and function of frequency regulation. Systemic control strategies were proposed to enhance the response speed of primary frequency regulation. Application results of the units in Guangdong province showed that the proposed strategy improved the quality of primary frequency regulation. It is valuable for the similar units to enhance their primary frequency regulation performance.
