摘 要: 本文从探索式学习和利用式学习两个视角来研究组织学习,对社会资本通过组织学习作用于企业绩效的机理进行理论分析和实证检验。研究结论表明,组织学习在社会资本和企业绩效之间具有中介作用,其中,外部社会资本有利于探索式学习,而内部社会资本有利于利用式学习;探索式学习有利于提高新产品绩效,利用式学习有利于提高综合绩效,探索式学习与利用式学习之间具有协调和协同效应。 This paper explores the exploratory learning and exploitation learning, and its relationship with corporate social capital. The empirical results show that: Organizational learning plays intermediary role between the social capital and finn performance; the external social capital is conducive to exploratory learning, and internal social capital is conducive to the exploitation learning; while exploratory learning can improve new product performance, exploitation learning can promote comprehensive performance. This conclusion provides both theoretical ref- erences and practical implications.
