摘 要: 通过加入催化剂量的表面活性剂,在氯化钯催化的水介质中实现了3,5-二氯苯甲酸、2溴-4-甲-基吡啶与四苯硼钠的Suzuki偶联反应,并且探讨了表面活性剂的用量、反应温度等条件的影响。在有机溶剂-水介质中,二溴芳烃、三溴芳烃与四苯硼钠反应时,0.05 mmol的苄基三乙基氯化铵的加入可以使相同产物产率下的氯化钯用量由3%减少至1%。 The Suzuki coupling reaction of 3,5-dichlorobenzoic acid and 2-bromo-4-methylpyridine upon sodium tetraphenylboron was carried out in an aqueous medium catalyzed by palladium chloride with the addition of a co-catalyst dosage of surfactant.The effect of reaction conditions such as the dosage of surfactant and the reaction temperature on the proceeding of reaction was discussed.When 0.05 mmol of TEBA was added to the organic solvent-water medium system,the dosage of palladium chloride used as the catalyst for these reactions was decreased from three percent to one percent while providing the same product yield obtained from the reactions of sodium tetraphenylboron upon dibromo-aromatics,and tribromo-aromatics.
