摘　　要： 在分析总结现有企业能力理论的基础上,对物流服务创新的概念、模式和内容进行了分析;从服务创新的视角,以物流企业作为对象,研究基于服务创新的企业能力形成机理,丰富了企业能力理论。 On the basis of an analysis of the existing theories on enterprise competence,the paper studies the concept,mode and content of logistics service innovation.Then,in the case of logistics enterprises,it studies the enterprise competence formation mechanism based on service innovation,adding to the theories of enterprise competence.
