摘　　要： 从区域角度将广州市不同农民群体划分为3种类型,按抽样调查方法就职业技能培训问题对不同类型农民采取一对一方式进行了访谈和问卷调查,在此基础上分析讨论了不同农民群体培训的现状与存在的问题,并提出了改善农民职业技能培训质量的政策建议. The peasant group in Guangzhou was categorized into 3 types according to regional aspect.Interviews and surveys on technical training ware conducted individually for a peasant sample of each group.Based on this statistics,current condition and existing problems in technical training for peasant groups ware analysed,and suggestions of government policies ware proposed to improve the quality of the technical training.
