摘 要: 运用内嵌于SolidWoks中的COSMOSMotion插件对花生联合收获机清选装置振动筛进行了虚拟样机仿真分析,并研究了振动筛曲柄长度、曲柄输入转速对振动筛振幅、振动速度的影响.结果表明,适当增大曲柄长度、曲柄输入转速能明显提高筛分效率. Based on virtual prototype simulation with COSMOSMotion Plug-in embedded in SolidWoks,the vibration screen of peanut combine harvester cleaning device was studied with the effects of its crank length,crank speed on amplitude and velocity.The results showed that the screening efficiency could be significantly improved when the crank length,crank speed were increased properly.
