摘 要: 以淀粉的葡萄糖水解液为碳源,采用自行筛选并诱变后得到的兽疫链球菌变异菌株发酵生产透明质酸.以统计热力学和微生物动力学模型为基础,建立了描述菌体生长、产物生成和基质消耗整个发酵过程的动力学模型,并确定了模型参数.结果表明,模型计算值与实际的试验值拟合较好,说明该模型可以较好地描述该菌株在正常条件下利用淀粉的葡萄糖水解液发酵生产透明质酸的生产过程. With starch hydrolysate as carbon source,the selected and mutated mutant strain from Streptococcus zooepidemicus was used to ferment hyaluronic acid.Basic on statistical thermodynamics and microbial kinetic model,the dynamic model was established to describe the entire fermentation process of cell growth,product formation and substrate consumption,then model parameters was identified.The results showed that calculated values fitted the actual experimental data well,which indicating that the model could describe the hyaluronic acid synthesized course used starch hydrolysate as carbon souce by the mutant under the normal conditions.
