摘 要: 采用环氧树脂E-44交联对水性PU胶粘剂进行改性,并经红外光谱测定其结构。文中采用正交试验方法探索环氧树脂含量、异氰酸根与羟基摩尔比、乙醇浓度等因素对改性PU胶粘剂性能的影响,结果表明组合A3B3C1D2E4是最佳条件,并对最佳条件进行分析,乳化过程采用室温条件下用50%乙醇分散同时中和、TDI/PEG2000摩尔比(—NCO:—OH)为2.3∶1、交联剂SaC-100用量为2.5%,固化时间为60 h,可以得到最佳的性能。 With E-44 epoxy resin cross-linking,PU water-based adhesive is modified to carry out the determination of the structure through infrared spectrum.Orthogonal tests are taken to analyze the impact of various factors,showing that the best conditions is A3B3C1D2E4.And in the best conditions,it will get the best performance when emulsification process used at room temperature by using 50% ethanol,dispersed at the same time,TDI/PEG2000 ratio(-NCO:-OH) 2.3∶1,the amount of cross-linking agent SaC-100 for 2.5%,and Curing time of 60h.
