摘　　要： 实践教学是法律职业教育的重要内容。法律职业教育实践教学体系的建设,应充分认识实践教学在法律职业教育中的重要性,大力加强实践教学师资队伍建设和实训基地建设,充分发挥用人单位在实践教学中的作用,积极探索科学有效的教学模式,建立并不断完善实践教学方面的管理制度和评价机制。 The practice teaching is the important content of the legal vocational education.The practice teaching system＇s construction of the legal vocational education,should understand fully importance of the practice teaching in the legal vocational education,strengthen the practice teaching teachers construction vigorously and pratice base construction,plays employer＇s role in practice teaching fully,positively explore the scientific and effective educational model,establish and consummate unceasingly the control system and the appraisal mechanism at the practice teaching aspect.
