摘 要: 研究了Tb1-xDyx(Fe1-yMny)1.95合金的磁致伸缩、声学等性质及其在水声换能器中的应用。当外加的磁场强度≥800kA·m-1时,磁致伸缩系数值在(1300~1800)×10-6范围,有效机电偶合系数值084~093,声速为2168~2856m·s-1,杨氏模量为(506~726)×1010N·m-2;用合金棒材研制水声换能器,该换能器总长300mm,总重2kg,其共振频率为24kHz,发射电流响应173dB,频宽1kHz,电声效率45% The magnetostriction and acoustic properties of Tb1-xDyx(Fe1-yMny)1.95 alloys and application to sonar transducer were studied. The experimental results are as follows: When the applied magnetic field strength 800 kAm-1, the magnetostrictive coefficients are in the range of (13001800)10-6, the electromechanical coupling factors 084093, the sound velocities 21682856 ms-1, and the Youngs Modulus (506726)1010 Nm-2. The alloy rod was applied to construct a sonar transducer, which is 300 mm in length and 2 kg in weight. The characteristics of the sonar transducer are specified resonant frequency 24 kHz, frequency band 1 kHz, current response 173 dB and electroacoustic efficiency 45%.
