摘 要: 对酞菁化合物敏感膜的光学特性进行了实验测试,并根据光传输吸收理论,相应气敏及热处理计算其振子特性参数,从而分析其敏感光学机理。 In this paper optical characters of the phthalocyanine compound sensing film are detected according to theory of optical transmission and absorption corresponding gas sensitivity and heat treatment so that parameters of vibrator characters were calculated and then their sensing optical mechanism was analyzed.
