摘　　要： 回顾了高职院校法律专业实践教学的现行模式,提出了完善高职院校法律专业实践教学模式的建议。高职院校法律专业已探索出专业实习、模拟法庭和社会实践等多种实践教学模式,初步实现了实践教学环节的模式化,取得了一定成绩,但实施过程中存在诸多问题,亟待完善。 We have already explored the mode such as practice, the simulated court and social work in teaching of law science, but there exists a lot of problems in implementing. The method is as follows：strengthen practice,launch the actual combat simulated court,realize the diversifications of the content and form in social work.
