摘　　要： 由于绢丝与棉纤维的耐化学药品性能不同,为确定适合绢丝棉混纺色织丝光针织面料的生产工艺,以生产实践为基础,具体通过对前处理、染纱、织造、烧毛、半丝光、水洗、定形等工序的分析,制定了相应的工艺处方及条件、工艺流程,成品检验合格。得出了能兼顾两种纤维性能、保持其各自优点的适合该类针织面料加工的生产工艺。 Due to the different resistance to chemicals of spun silk and cotton,this paper studies the knitting and finishing technology of spun silk/cotton knitted mercerized fabric in terms of pretreatment,yarn dyeing,knitting,singeing,half mercerizing,washing and setting,and the appropriate technological prescription,conditions and technological flow are determined.The final products are inspected and show good quality.The developed technology considers the properties of both kind of fibers and the advantages of both remains.
