摘　　要： 广东省在经历了20多年的高速发展以后,由于土地价格上涨、劳动力成本上升、资源环境约束加大等因素的影响,其产业的发展正经历着一场空前的危机。政府适时提出了产业转移升级的各项政策,投资产业转移园区的建设,起到了重大作用,但部分地区前期的巨大投资收效甚微。文章将针对产业转移过程中的现状和问题,详细分析原因,说明企业作为市场的主体在产业转移中的重要作用,并提出相应的产业转移模式。 For 20 years,Guangdong Province has experienced a rapid growth.But now as the impact of increasing land prices,labor costs,resources and environmental constraints,other factors and so on,the industrial development is experiencing an unprecedented ＂dangerous＂ and ＂opportunities＂.Government＇s upgrading industrial policies and the construction of Industrial Transfer Park play an important part.However,some areas still received little effect of the huge investments in the early parts.Addressing the industrial transfer,this paper analyzes the status and problems in the process of industrial transfer,and describes the important role of the enterprises in the industrial transfer,as the mainstay of the market.Then it proposes the corresponding efficient industrial transfer model.
