摘　　要： 用线性滴定法测定了低、中、高粘度壳聚糖的脱乙酰度及表观离解常数，测定结果：它们的平均脱乙酰度分别为１５．７８％，６３．０５％与６７．７３％，平均表观离解常数分别为８．５１×１０－８，１．９６×１０－７与１．３５×１０－７，相对标准偏差分别小于０．３４和４％。 The degree of deacetytation and the conditional dissociation constant of the low, middle and high viscosity chitosan were determined by the linear titrimetric method, The average degree of deacetytation is separately 15.78%, 63.05% and 67.73%, and the average conditional dissociation constant is separately 8.51×10 -8 , 1.96×10 -7 and 1.35×10 -7 . The result showed the relative standard deviation was less than 0. 34 and 4%.
