摘 要: 2,2-二苯基-1-苦肼基自由基(2,2-diphenyl-1-picry-hydrazyl radical,DPPH)分析法是一种筛选自由基清除剂的简便方法,本实验首先采用超声提取野马追类黄酮后,然后采用DPPH自由基分析法测定了野马追类黄酮清除自由基作用的强弱,用以评价实验样品的抗氧化能力。结果表明,野马追类黄酮对DPPH自由基有很强的清除活性且清除率与浓度之间有量效关系。在反应的前5m in,清除效果较快,之后变缓,30-50m in后达到平衡。DPPH自由基半清除剂量IC50为10.922μg/mL。 The antioxidant activities of the flavonoids from Eupatorium lindleyanum DC.,which were firstly extracted by ultrasonic-assisted extraction,were measured with DPPH(2,2-diphenyl-1-picry-hydrazyl radical)method in this experiment.The results showed that the flavonoids had powerful scavenging activities on DPPH free radical with dose-effect relationship.The scavenging efficiency rised more quickly in the first 5 minutes,and then slowed down.After 30~50 minutes,the scavenging efficiency reached to the balance.The IC50 of the flavonoids was 10.922μg/mL.
