摘 要: 研究超临界CO2萃取槟榔油的工艺条件。采用Box-Behnken中心组合试验和响应曲面法,建立提取时间、提取压力、提取温度对槟榔油提取率影响的二次多项回归模型,验证了模型的有效性。响应曲面分析表明,超临界CO2萃取槟榔油的最佳工艺条件为提取时间2.2h,提取压力28MPa,提取温度52℃,此时,模型预测槟榔油的提取率为93.22%,通过验证试验得到槟榔油的提取率为92.81%,与理论预测值基本吻合,平均误差为0.44%。 Box-Behnken response surface methodology was employed to optimized supercritical CO2 extraction of Areca Nut oil and second order quadratic equation for the extracting time,extracting pressure,extracting temperature was built and the applicability of the model equation was verified.The result of the response surface showed that the optimum process parameters for extracting the Areca Nut oil by supercritical CO2 were obtained as:extracting time 2.2h,extracting pressure 28MPa,extracting temperature 52℃and the model give the prediction of 93.22%.The confirmatory tests showed that the extraction efficiency was 92.81%nearest to the predicted value with an average error of 0.44%.
