摘 要: 研究超临界CO2萃取槟榔油的工艺条件。采用Box-Behnken中心组合试验和响应曲面法,建立提取时间、提取压力、提取温度对槟榔油提取率影响的二次多项回归模型,验证了模型的有效性。响应曲面分析表明,超临界CO2萃取槟榔油的最佳工艺条件为提取时间2.2h,提取压力28MPa,提取温度52℃,此时,模型预测槟榔油的提取率为93.22%,通过验证试验得到槟榔油的提取率为92.81%,与理论预测值基本吻合,平均误差为0.44%。 Ethyl acetate was used as extraction solvent to extract oil fromareca nut.Single factor method and response surface analysis were employed to optimize parameters such as extraction time,extraction temperature and areca nut/extraction solvent ratio(g/mL) affecting oil extraction.Result showed that the optimal extraction for 3.2husing a mixture of areca nut/extraction solvent ratio(1∶10.5) at an extraction temperature of 76.5℃,gave an actual value of areca nut oil yield of 12.91%,which was very close to the predicted value of 12.93%.
