摘　　要： 利用课题组于2010年年初在全国29个省市区对2009年居民收入抽样问卷的调查数据,研究了不同因素对我国城乡居民收入回报的影响。研究发现,拥有良好的健康状况和较高的教育水平等人力资本,将能获得较高的收入回报;无论是城市还是农村,拥有党员或干部身份等政治资本,将能获得较高的收入回报;城市垄断行业收入高于竞争性行业,就业单位所有制性质不同,对收入回报的影响较大;农村劳动力外出务工为农村家庭带来了较高的收入。 This paper studies the impacts of different factors on the return of income of urban and rural residents in China by making use of the survey data from the sample questionnaires made by the research group in early 2010 in 29 provinces on the residents＇ income in 2009.The study finds out that the human capital with good health and high educational will be able to obtain a higher return of income;whether in urban or rural areas,those who have such political capitals as being party members or cadres will be able to obtain a higher return of income;in the cities the monopoly industries earn more than the competitive industries,the different nature of ownership among the employment units has a greater impact on the income return;and in the rural areas the migrant labor force can bring higher income to their families.
