摘 要: 中国发展世界级先进制造企业面临两个方面的挑战:一是具有世界先进制造技术;二是构建全球先进制造模式。本文运用实地调研的研究方法,对华为公司构建面向全球价值网络的先进制造模式及其动态演进的路径进行了实地调查。本文的研究表明,华为公司的制造模式,经过"产品开发为龙头"、"集成产品开发流程体系"、"价值链的模块化"、"全球价值网络的构建",即"点"、"线"、"面"、"网"四个阶段最后形成全球价值网络,并由此带来华为竞争优势的不断增强。最后,在总结华为经验的基础上,提出中国发展世界级先进制造企业的对策建议。 The development of China world-class advanced manufacturing companies face two challenges: First, the world's advanced manufacturing technology;Second, building the world's advanced manufacturing mode. In this paper, we take the measure as case survey, builting on Huawei's advanced global manufacturing value network model and its dynamic evolution of the path of a field. This study shows that Huawei's manufacturing model, through the" product development as a leader"," integrated product development process system", "modular value chain", "building global value networks" that "points" and "line Face"," net"value of the four stages of the final formation of the global network and Huawei's competitive advantage resulting growing. Finally, in summing up the experience on the basis of Huawei, we put forward the future development of China world's advanced manufacturing enterprises of the relevant recommendations.
