摘 要: 将长度为1mm和6mm的两种对位芳纶(PPTA)纤维复配成数均长度和质均长度均分别为2、3、4、5mm的混合PPTA纤维体系。在纤维平均长度相同的情况下,对比了混合PPTA纤维体系和单一PPTA纤维体系对纸张结构和性能的影响。结果表明,混合PPTA纤维体系较单一PPTA纤维体系更有利于纸张紧度的提高;在纤维平均长度相同的情况下,混合PPTA纤维体系的力学性能要优于单一PPTA纤维体系的;采用质均长度表征混合PPTA纤维体系的长度,其纸张性能随长度的变化规律与单一PPTA纤维体系的相似。 The mixed fiber system of number average length and length weighted are 2,3,4,5 mm respectively were prepared by mixing 1 mm and 6 mm para-aramid fibers,the effect of the mixed fiber system compared to single component fiber system on the structure and properties of the resultant paper were investigated,and the effect of fiber length on the structure and properties of the paper was also studied.The results showed that mixed fiber system is of benefit to the increment of paper density,and when the average lengths are the same,its mechanical properties are better than those of single component fiber system;The change trend of the paper properties of single component fiber system is similar to that of mixed fiber system when the later is characterized by weighted length.
