摘　　要： 本文从现有的金秀石牌文及石牌话分析入手,归纳出石牌习惯法之违法规制的主要内容,分析其成因及局限性和进步性,解析其与当代国家法的冲突,并提出了相应的看法和建议。以期更好地辅助国家法构建和谐稳定社区。 This article bases on the data shipain writings and language of Jin Xiu county,concludes the main illegal regulations,analyses decisive factors which cause that and appraises the limitations and progressiveness.At last,after exploring the contradiction between the illegal regulations and the contemporary state law,proposes some opinions and advices,in order to assist well the state law to build a harmonious community.
