摘　　要： 内涵是对事物本质属性的反映,借助于对管理的内涵及其基本假设的认识,中国管理实践研究的内涵就是寻找出中国管理实践的本质属性,具体体现为3个方面的重要问题:中国管理实践的重大问题是什么;中国管理实践的独创性在哪里;中国管理实践的发展脉络是什么。 Connotation is the reflection of thing＇s essential attribute.Based on the understanding of both the connotation and basic assumptions of management,the connotation of research on Chinese practice of management is to find out the essential attributes of itself,which are embodied in the following three important issues： i） what is the major problem of Chinese practice of management;ii） what is the originality of Chinese practice of management;iii） what is the development context of Chinese practice of management.
